Grosvenor Engineering Group has announced the appointment of Graham Hindley to the role of Chief Operating Officer.

Hindley is a qualified engineer, industrial relations and commerce professional. He spent 20 years in senior management roles in Sydney, Malaysia, China and Germany working for engineering and manufacturing companies.

Managing Director at Grosvenor Engineering Group, Nicholas Lianos, says Hindley has a proven track record in improving profitability and leading safe and efficient operations across New South Wales and ACT regions.

“During Graham’s tenure, net earnings in these regions increased by 118 per cent, with regional net earnings increasing nine-fold,” he stated.

Grosvenor also said in a statement that Hindley’s appointment is fundamental to Grosvenor’s efforts to maintain its double-digit growth trajectory, underpinned by the company’s pro-active, data-led approach to technical asset management.

Hindley’s key responsibilities will include evolving the national organisational management practices and increasing operational efficiency.

Hindley says he is looking forward to working with the board and managing director to drive operational excellence and consistency of service delivery.
