AIRAH (the Australian Institute of Refrigeration, Air Conditioning and Heating) has created a short survey to benchmark salaries in the HVAC&R sector.
The survey only takes a few minutes to complete, and any input will provide AIRAH with the information it needs to effectively advocate for the industry.
AIRAH CEO Tony Gleeson, M.AIRAH, says this is the first salary survey specifically aimed at the HVAC&R industry, and it will give insights into trends and patterns within the compensation for various roles of our industry.
“The results will allow organisations to have the right data when they need it,” he says. “It will give an impartial and accurate idea of pay information to help businesses and individuals make informed and effective remuneration decisions.
“Ultimately, the survey will be good for employee morale, as these surveys help to show employees where they stand in the market and reinforce their financial wellbeing.”
Those who fill out the survey can enter a draw to win a $100 JB Hi-Fi voucher.
The findings of the survey will be shared through AIRAH’s news channels, including Ecolibrium and HVAC&R Nation.
